At Martin Ray Winery, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, at www.martinraywinery.com (the “Site”), or the websites of any of our affiliates, and when you make a purchase from us, subscribe to any of our mailing lists, newsletters, or wine-club programs, and sign up for any of our events.

Your Privacy Rights

If we collect your name or other personal identifiable information from you, we may occasionally make that personal identifiable information available to our affiliates who have products or services that we believe will be of interest to you, for their direct marketing purposes. If you decide that you do not want us to share your personal identifiable information with our affiliates for their direct marketing purposes, or if you do not wish to receive information via any medium, please send an email to hello@martinraywinery.com from the email address you would like removed and include the word “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Your opt-out request will be processed within thirty (30) days from the date on which we receive it.

Not Directed To Individuals Under The Legal Drinking Age

Our Site is not intended for people under the legal drinking age of 21. We do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from or about individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from an individual under the legal drinking age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on the homepage for a reasonable period of time after such changes are made that this Privacy Policy has been updated, and by changing the “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and our privacy practices will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of California within the United States of America. Visitors who use this Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If you reside outside of the United States, by using our Site, you consent to the transfer and use of your information outside your country.

Return Policy

We’re honored that you have chosen www.martinraywinery.com for your wine needs and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to help prior to shipment, however, please note that due to the nature of our product all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for defective merchandise.

REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We only offer refunds on defective products. If you have a defective product, either send us an email at hello@martinraywinery.com  or call us at (707) 829-6152.

We will ask that you either return the defective items or send in a photograph detailing the defects.

In the case we need you to return you items we will cover the shipping cost. You should mail your items to: 2191 Laguna Road, Santa Rosa CA, 95401. Once we receive and inspect the defective items we will notify you of that approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again—it often takes up to a week or more for credit card transactions to post. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

UNDELIVERABLE AND RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages that were returned to us as undeliverable are not eligible for refunds; we charge additional shipping to re-ship the package.

Packages containing alcohol are shipped out using UPS®. UPS® will attempt to deliver your package three times (generally on consecutive business days) to the shipping address you provided; someone over the age of 21 must be there to sign for the package. If UPS® is unable to delivery the package after three attempts, it will be sent to the nearest UPS® Hub. The package will be held at the hub for 3-5 business days before being returned.
